Evolution Adventures specialises in group adventure travel and retreats. We work with fitness professionals, such as yoga teachers, pilates instructors, and personal trainers, to curate the perfect group adventure for their clients. We take care of all of the planning, logistics, organisation, bookings, payments, and contracting with suppliers, so that you can focus on your passion – teaching & coaching.

If you’d love to organise a group trip or retreat, but don’t know where to start, or don’t want the responsibility and risk, then you’re in the right place! Evolution Adventures provides a professional travel concierge service co-ordinating everything from start to finish, taking away all of your stress.
We work with you every step of the way to deliver a bespoke package that is exactly what you want for your group. Here are some examples of the types of group adventure that we can organise:

You’re in safe hands with Evolution Adventures. We have almost a decade of experience in planning group trips of all kinds, including charity treks in the Himalayas, yoga retreats in Spain, beginner friendly camping adventures in the Canadian Rockies, and lots of other adventures in between.
We have relationships with over 100 trusted suppliers, so you can be sure that everything will go smoothly. Our wide network also means that we have very competitive pricing – a win-win for your clients!
We’re also fully insured and provide financial protection for all client payments, in line with legal requirements for travel organisers, for yours and your group’s peace of mind.
so how does it work?
When you get in touch with us, we’ll arrange an initial 30 minute consultation call with you to discuss what you’re looking for and explain what we can offer you. We’ll chat about locations, dates, the type of trip, the demographic of your clients and their likely budget, what activities & excursions might be suitable, how much you’re looking to earn yourself from any teaching or coaching you’ll provide during the trip (e.g. yoga classes).
Then, once we’ve both decided to move forward, we’ll prepare an agreement setting everything out. Once this boring admin is dealt with, we’ll get to work on the exciting details of your adventure. We’ll touch base with you every step of the way as we develop and build your trip, but you won’t be required to do anything other than perhaps share some marketing materials (we’ll provide these) with your clients.

What does this service cost?
Nothing! Yes, you read that right. Our commission is built into the price that your clients pay to participate in the trip.
We don’t ask you to pay us anything, but you should note that there may be a minimum number of participants required for your trip to go ahead, along with other terms around the cancellation of services at various stages of the process. This is to protect our time, and for your peace of mind too that you won’t be out of pocket by using our services – if anything, you’ll get paid if you’re teaching/coaching as part of the trip.

quality over quantity
The quality of our service is something we take great pride in. While we aim to offer incredible value to our clients, we are not a budget travel operator due to the amount of work involved in curating bespoke adventures and retreats.
To ensure the standard of our service remains high, we carefully select which clients we take on, and only work with a small number of clients at a time. If you would like to work with us, we only have a couple of slots left for 2026, and 2027 is already filling up, so get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss your plans!

other group adventure services
If you’re looking for a group adventure for a multi-generational family holiday or something like a hen or stag do, and don’t require a fully hosted concierge service or any of the sales and marketing support, then we will simply provide you with a quote for the various elements of your trip. Then, when you’re ready to book, we can provide separate invoices, instalment plans and payment links for each person within your party to make it easier for you.
While we typically provide quotes for personal travel free of charge, depending on the complexity of the travel arrangements, we may need to charge a small planning service fee of £100. This is just to ensure that you’re serious about booking your trip through us.
