Picture this. You arrive in the heart of southern Spain, where the sun casts golden hues over rolling hills and the air carries the scent of olive groves and wildflowers. Here, in the tranquil embrace of the Andalusian mountains, the noise of daily life feels like a distant memory. Over the next seven days, you’ll experience something truly transformative – a chance to reconnect, recharge, and realign.
Each day is thoughtfully curated to blend movement, exploration, and rest, with every class and activity optional for you to decide how to spend your holiday. Mornings begin with optional yoga to awaken your body and mind as the sun rises. A hearty and nourishing Mediterranean brunch follows, crafted with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
Your days are filled with opportunities to immerse yourself in the beauty of Andalusia. Choose from guided hikes to breathtaking viewpoints, or cultural experiences like wine and cheese tasting, a tour of an olive grove, or simply relaxing and soaking in the stillness by the pool.
Each evening, you’ll gather to share a beautifully prepared dinner with a small, like-minded group. Conversations flow easily, connections deepen, and the sense of community becomes as nourishing as the meals.

Testimonials
We absolutely love hosting these adventures, but don’t just take our word for it, read what our guests had to say about our 2025 Andalusia trip, or read more client testimonials here…
“Natalie goes above and beyond to ensure we are all accommodated. Really well organised, thank you for a great week. I could not ask for more, we maximised the opportunities presented to us, and the format worked well for both yogis and non-yogis. I liked having the beautiful mountains surrounding us.”
“Fabulous venue away from it all. A real opportunity to step back and focus on health whilst having a holiday. Lovely group and I enjoyed fact it was a small group. The direct flights from Guernsey were definitely a draw for me! I loved the mix of classes and excursions, especially the olive oil tour.”
“I loved the location, the excellent food, sitting around the pool, watching the vultures, the great organisation, the welcome from Antonio, the silence, the views, the privacy, the mix of Qigong and yoga. I appreciated the excellent pre-departure info, a good range of excursions was offered, and having a WhatsApp group.”

If you wish to extend your trip in Spain beyond the main trip dates, we are able to assist with your travel arrangements and hotel bookings, etc. Please email natalie@evolution-adventures.com for more information.
What do I need to pack?
You will be sent a suggested packing list nearer to the trip date. While we hope for lovely warm weather in the south of Spain, as the retreat is in October, it could get a little chilly in the evening, so layers are advised! Recommendations include suncream, a lightweight raincoat, sports/gym clothing for yoga classes and hikes, trainers or sturdy walking shoes if you want to join the hikes, as terrain is uneven and steep in places, and swimwear to take a refreshing dip in one of the swimming pools.
What will the yoga classes be like?
Classes will include gentle hatha yoga, vinyasa flow and restorative yin yoga. They will be suitable for all abilities, from beginners to those with years of experience. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact natalie@evolution-adventures.com to discuss.

We will be staying 1 night in Hotel Málaga Vibes, a modern boutique hotel in Málaga, which has double/twin ensuite rooms, a hearty breakfast and a rooftop infinity pool with mountain views. Then you’ll have 6 nights at Lucia Yoga villas in the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park. Villas are ensuite and can be double or twin rooms, ideal for solo travellers, or couples and friends who want to share. Each villa has stunning mountain views and a private pool. Some villas are 5-10 minutes walk either up or down hill from the main house where meals are served, so if this is not suitable for you, please state this on your booking form and we will ensure you have a room in the main villa.
What will the food be like?
Lucia Yoga serves delicious vegetarian meals, and can cater for all major dietary requirements. If you have specific requirements or preferences, please state this on your booking form. Two meals per day will be provided. At Lucia Yoga, this will be vegetarian brunch and a 3 course dinner. In Málaga, dinner and breakfast will be provided at the hotel or in the Old Town, depending on your arrival/departure times. There will be options to buy lunch and snacks, as well as meat/fish in the nearby villages and on excursions.
Can you cater for any dietary requirements?
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements, including vegetarians, vegans, dairy free and gluten free. Should you have any severe allergies, please let us know, as we may not be able to guarantee a contamination free environment. You will be asked to provide information on any dietary requirements or preferences on your booking form.
Can I share a room with a friend/partner/family member?
Yes. Please indicate who you would like to share with on your booking form, and ensure that you select ‘shared room’ at checkout.
Do I have to do all of the classes/activities on the itinerary?
No – all classes and activities are optional, whether included in the price of the trip or not. You can participate in as much or as little as you would like – it’s your holiday! If you have any questions please get in touch with us.

Will there be any free time during the week to explore the area on my own?
Yes, there will be plenty of time to explore the area independently, as well as a variety of optional activities to choose from. Although Lucia Yoga is quite remote, there are some lovely hiking trails in the surrounding area and transfers to nearby villages can be arranged too. There will also be some free time in Málaga at the beginning or end of your trip. You’ll receive an itinerary in advance so you can plan what you’d like to do.
What are the optional activities and how do I book?
If you would like to take part in any activities not included in the package, these will need to be booked in advance, and you’ll be notified of the options and how to do this nearer the time.
